Atlas offers 2 levels of marine craft cover:
- Comprehensive Cover where you are insured against damage to the insured craft as well as for third party liabilities and you are provided with personal accident cover
- Third Party Only Cover covers both property damage and bodily injury to Third Parties

Plain Sailing
Plain Sailing is a multi-section insurance policy normally issued for a 12 month period. This policy is divided into three sections covering hull and machinery, liabilities and personal accident however, you may choose to only restrict cover to that for liability only (Section 2). Plain Sailing is available for most conventional private pleasure crafts.
Latitude
Latitude is a multi-section insurance policy normally issued for a 12 month period. This policy is divided into two sections covering hull and machinery and liabilities however, you may choose to only restrict cover to that for liability only (Section 2). Latitude policies cater for certain types of private pleasure craft (e.g. rigid inflatable hulls and jet skis) as well as for those that are for commercial purposes.
J. Debrincat Limited (Enrolment No. C30546) is an enrolled Tied Insurance Intermediary under the Insurance Distribution Act, Cap 403 of the Laws of Malta for
Atlas Insurance PCC Limited (AIPL) and Atlas Healthcare Insurance Agency Limited (AHIAL). AIPL is a cell company authorised under the Insurance Business Act 1998 to carry on general insurance business. The non-cellular assets of the company may be used to meet losses incurred by the cells in excess of their assets. AHIAL is authorised under the Insurance Distribution Act to act as Enrolled Insurance Agent for Atlas Insurance PCC Limited.
All entities are regulated by the MFSA
